Koobla Bar & Restaurant
Overview
The 19th century Silk Routes introduced Western Europe to the exotic wares and spice-rich cuisine of China and Asia; today, Koobla Restaurant embraces those influences through its décor and menu.
Koobla Bar & Restaurant is inspired by the Silk Route and represents the unusual cuisine and spices that Marco Polo enjoyed on his 24 year journey through Europe and Asia – each dish has been interpreted by Koobla’s chef for today’s traveller-in-spirit. The cocktail menu has also been designed to complement the exotic dishes with matching flavours and spices from the Far East to the Mediterranean.
