Templeton House Studio was founded by Nadeem Ahmad on 22nd April 2002. The idea was for a Mind Body Spirit centre in the heart of the city where people can come and concentrate on fitness whilst connecting with their spirituality in a way that is completely flexible and with NO memberships fees.
