Welcome to Purple Thai – South Woodford

Our goal is to provide beautifully presented Thai cuisine in a contemporary and sophisticated setting.

The menu is deliberately unfussy , a collaboration between our Thai National chefs and ourselves and we hope shows a desire to move away from the usual Oriental fusion.

We have a specials board that shows the real flair of our very experienced chefs and this will change frequently.

At the weekends we benefit from a late license, allowing our diners to enjoy the Purple Thai experience of food, bar and music in equal measure. So don’t be surprised to find the latter being turned up a notch or two as the evening wears on!
