Opened in 1976 by restauranteur Leo Giannini, Mamma Mia has been South West Londons’ premier place to go for dressy, classic Italian cooking. Many celebrities have dined here over the years and the walls of the restaurant are adorned with some of their autographed photos. If you ask the regular customers, they will be glad to tell you that like a good wine, “Mamma Mia” has only improved with age.
