Overview

Blue Boar Smokehouse and Bar is an exceptional new dining destination for Westminster, located just off Parliament Square on Tothill Street. Taking inspiration from renowned American pit masters, Executive Chef Jon Ingram uses salting, glazes and rubs in smoking meat and fish over coal and wood. The result is a menu that celebrates some of Britain’s finest produce with modern interpretations of much-loved dishes from both sides of the Atlantic.<br>Influenced by the great American barbecues of the Deep South and Tennessee, Blue Boar’s signature dishes include Baby Back Ribs and Treacle Marinated 12-hour Roasted Beef Brisket, whilst the great British smokehouse tradition is upheld with show stoppers such as Coleman’s English Mustard and London honey glazed Rare Breed Pork Belly and Loch Duart Salmon Fillet with Sorrel and Artichokes.
