Blue Boar Smokehouse and Bar is an exceptional new dining destination for Westminster, located just off Parliament Square on Tothill Street. Taking inspiration from renowned American pit masters, Executive Chef Jon Ingram uses salting, glazes and rubs in smoking meat and fish over coal and wood. The result is a menu that celebrates some of Britain’s finest produce with modern interpretations of much-loved dishes from both sides of the Atlantic.
