Winner in the Waitrose Good Food Guide 2014 for Best Value Set Lunch Menu in the UK, Outlaw's at The Capital focuses on simply prepared, ecologically sound seafood. On the 13th November Nathan hosts a British Caviar Evening. When dining at Outlaw's expect crispy Cornish oysters with cucumber, rich shellfish stew, brill with crab and asparagus, roast turbot on the bone.
The restaurant itself offers an elegant yet informal atmosphere within this unique Knightsbridge hotel. The huge windows and high ceilings are accentuated by bare wooden tables and the simplicity of the decor by Nina Campbell matching the ethos of Nathan's food.
Nathan Outlaw holds two Michelin stars at his eponymous restaurant in Cornwall and whilst remaining primarily based there, he will spend time at The Capital every week liaising with head chef Pete Biggs who he has worked with over the past 10 years.
