Enter through the buzzing bar and head upstairs to the mezzanine level to find a bright, comfortable room surrounded by cool contemporary artworks which are also available to buy. The Kanteen menu, dreamed up by the talented Sylvain Chevereau, offers a thoroughly creative selection of modern dishes with a hint of the Mediterranean and a touch of luxuriance too. Desserts are simple favourites done well so be sure to leave a little room for chocolate fondant or lemon tart.
