Pop up shops downstairs with clothes, food and make up. The real gem are the food places upstairs there's a selection of everything for you to try and all reasonably priced. Boxpark shops/gear are not only stylish but really well made and shops and restaurants are eclectic as the shipping container that house them. When Boxpark first opened I thought it was a genuine pop-up, here for a few month, then gone and handing over the site to more ambitious developers. It's been a few years now and Boxpark is still here.
