Age Exchange Reminiscence Centre
Overview
Small museum depicting everyday life from the 1920s-1940s. There is an old-fashioned shop set up to resemble a 1930s general store, where all exhibits can be handled. Various items for sale include Age Exchange books based on life in the past, greetings cards, postcards, pens, T-shirts, hand-knitted items and calendars. Staff on hand to help. Donations welcome. Changing exhibitions of memorabilia on different themes in social history.
