Shane's offers a dining experience with a conscience. <br />With a menu focused towards British game and fish, our food is seasonal and sourced from single British producers with a mission to retain quality and freshness.<br />Our game feast is becoming very popular <br />The menu is constantly changing as supply and quality produce becomes available. We try to make everything ourselves - even the crackers for the cheese are our own along with our lemoncello and bread.<br />We offer a range of organic, natural wines from as close to home as East Sussex and all our staff live a stone's throw from the restaurant.<br />A great British cheese selection is available to either finish your meal with or just pop in for a few cheeses, some home cured meats and a glass of wine.<br />You are never rushed at Shane's and our staff are always ready to help with a smile.<br />(The menu is well suited to people with dietary needs such as coeliacs where most of our menu is suited )
