Swung by for lunch with the kids after playing in the park. Kids had fresh OJ and a sausage muffin, both loved it. I had the best Sri Lankan curry I've had for a while. It was a bit pricey (£24 all in) but this is London prices and the food was superb.more

The Pavillion Cafe is located near the lake at Victoria Park.

You can sit inside and outside, right next to the water. There is a small range of food and beverages you can order right at the counter.

The food is great, I tried the pancakes with honey - and they were fantastic!

The view is amazing too, you can watch the ducks while indulging into the delicious food..more

Minus one star because it's on the expensive end for a...more

It's always a treat to brunch (it's a verb now, don't you know) at Pavilion Cafe but I do make sure it's a once in a while occurrence. An avocado bacon sandwich costs around £6, Italian style (small) coffees are costly and often inconsistently made. Sometimes cold, other times astringent.

Full breakfasts are filling and indulgent. If I remember correctly there is a vegan option too but I...more
