A friend and I went in for a quick tea, and I wasn't too impressed. Our teas, which cost £3 each, were rather small in portion. Granted, my chamomile was one of the better and more fragrant I've had, but that's about it. My friend ordered two pieces of scones, and I could smell from where I was sitting that it wasn't very fresh.

Staff were really nice trying to help us, and we made a phone call on the day after they tried again to look for it.

Came here with a decent sized group for a brunch/lunch time. We got seated promptly, and the place is very cool. Good decor, busy but not overwhelming, loud but not too loud, great spot to grab a bite and not be noticed.

I was really impressed with this venue - lovely friendly waiters, excellent service and a beautiful venue. I came here for afternoon tea with my mum and what a delight. Man, I wanted this place to be better.
No question, it is funky. It's warehouse meets classic Victoria living room, with the dark wood and mirrors and leather sofas all in an industrial space. And they've got a nice menu filled with your usual lunch-like items of sandwiches, soups, salads and lots of coffees and desserts.
But here's where my impression sort of sours. Nothing blew me away....more
