Set within the glamorous art deco Dorchester Collection hotel 45 Park Lane, CUT at 45 Park Lane restaurant mirrors almost exactly its award winning Beverly Hills counterpart, offering the same mouth watering steak and seafood menu, a similarly well crafted wine list and the same atmosphere of moneyed glamour and laid back sophistication. Oooh, went here for dinner, it's a Steak specialist fine dining restaurant in Mayfair (owned by Wolfgang Puk & part of the Dorchester collection).
It was fantastic!
If you like steak, I recommend this place, they claim to have the best cuts that can be found here in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, the States & Chile - and after having experienced a selection of cuts here I well believe it!...more
As a huge fan of Wolfgang Puck, this location did not disappoint. We both had the burgers and beer and everything from the service to the ingredients was top notch. They could expand their beer selection.more
if anything stood out for me at Cut it will be the amazing customer service where everyone was smiling and so courteous
we went for lunch (it was an ordeal to get a booking at this place) finally a business concierge service was able to secure a lunch booking !

I was really lucky to ring the day they opened for business and get a dinner booking for the man's birthday that same weekend.

I had made a reservation for The Cut about 2 months before it had opened and was looking forward to trying it out. Our table was booked for 9pm so we thought we'd meet at 8 for a pre-dinner drink at the bar within the hotel.
Happily ensconced at the bar, we asked the bartender to check on our table at around 8.55pm. When we did not receive word by 9pm, I thought I'd go down to the restaurant...more
