Camino has been created as a place to enjoy the life, vigour and tastes of Spain.<br>We love travelling from one region of Spain to another along the "camino' – the Spanish word for road, way or path – discovering the best local food and drinks.<br>We've selected some of our favourite tapas from around Spain.<br>Many of the dishes are cooked on the charcoal grill that provides not only a wonderfully healthy way of eating, but the sheer flavour the charcoal gives to the food simply cannot be beaten. It's flavour more than anything that we love about most Spanish food.<br>Our style of cooking is simple, honest and authentic, allowing the flavours of the natural ingredients speak for themselves.
