The North Pole has something for everyone and is uniquely a night out under one roof! Start off your evening with a cocktail in the ground floor bar before heading up the spiral staircase to the spacious modern country house style dining room. Modern European cuisine such as breast of duck with a rhubarb compote, fondant potato and red wine jus or fillet of sea bass with vegetable ratatouille and red pepper coulis are available and accompanied by a resident pianist. A special mid-week three course set menu is available at £14.95 for 2 courses or £19.95 for 3. Don’t forget to look up and see the Goldfish swimming in the chandeliers! After your meal you can carry on your evening in the bar or club until 2am!For special occasions why not hire out the private dining room or even the whole restaurant!

My family recently held a surpise 80th birthday party at this venue. I have to honestly say I was very disappointed. The staff were rude, lacked either the basic customer service. The party started at 7pm, as parties go, guests do not pile through the door at the same time. We were later informed by family that they were charged entrance fee. We booked the venue 7pm-11pm. At first, the ambiance was a bit cold. But shortly after we arrived, music had gone one, the place filled up and the drinks started flowing.

The menu wasn't massive, but had a lot of really appealing choices. Stuck between two choices, we ordered both and split. I had the Sirloin, which was delicious. The chorizo mashed potatoes were possibly the best thing I've ever eaten.

Stumbled across this place and had such a hilarious night there. It's quite (very) essexy glammed up girls and gangster guys. However, everyone is there to have a good time and everyone was very relaxed. No fights just people enjoying themselves! Drinks fairly cheap, and the music was phenomenal- old school garage and plenty of return of the mack style numbers.
