Skylon Grill
Overview
The informal sister to Skylon’s main restaurant, the Skylon Grill is an equally exciting dining room in a spectacular location. Located within the Royal Festival Hall, the Skylon Grill takes its decorative cue from the Festival of Britain era, just as the restaurant’s name is inspired by the festival’s famous space age sculpture. The Grill has uninterrupted views of the Thames to the opposite bank and its famous skyline, making it something special even in its informality. Food at the Skylon Grill is overseen by the venue’s head chef Adam Gray, the menu is a less formal take on the Skylon Restaurant’s trademark modern European dishes with a light, brasserie style, including a good range of grill steaks, fish and chicken. Sommelier Alexis Meszoly handpicks the range of high quality wines served alongside your meal.
