The Daniel brothers have been running London"s most successful vegetarian restaurant since 1989. We source our ingredients with care, using only the freshest produce and organic where possible including free. We always have a selection of vegan dishes or vegan options. The wine menu offers a selection of organic, vegetarian, vegan, bio dynamic & natural wines. We try to be aware of our carbon footprint and try reducing it by recycling our waste and buying where possible from companies that are carbon offsetting. Dang! This place was off the hook. Busy but not too loud. Delicious Syrah. Great selection of vegetarian noms. Not too expensive. Easy to get to. My only quam is that the bathrooms could have been nicer.more
I'm a pescetarian, but I usually prefer to eat vegetarian when I go out for meals. My husband made reservations for my birthday, and I was very much looking forward to it. We got 3 courses that all sounded interesting and promised a lot of flavour.

Ok, I'm not a vegetarian, but I'm a lover of good food. I came with an open mind and empty stomach, but left with nothing but a mushy, unsatisfied feeling in my tummy.

The oil and breads appetiser was very tasty. It was the soup starter that first seriously impressed though. We both went for a butternut squash, coconut milk and chilli soup and it was one of the loveliest soups I've ever had. Just about perfect!
