Bad experience. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. It is a tourist trap. The food is mediocre and service terrible and unfriendly.

We had tea and scones and they weren't real scones but tall mini raisin loaf like things disguised as scones. Not even close in texture or taste. Across the road you could go to Harrods and have a better and real tea and scones for less money(we saw...more

It's an Amazing place to have your breakfast at it opens early ( what I really like) ..they have a large selections of cake and pantries ..good customer service, quick breakfast, absolutely delicious food. .. I ordered latte + custard Danish it was tasty And once I visit them for dinner it was good I tried Penni pasta ..all in all its a nice place .

Food was good. The service was terrible. Saw the waiter once to take our order, someone else delivered the food and didn't see him again till the bill. Couldn't get a drink of water and the price was expensive for the quality. Wouldn't recommend it.more

Desserts are lovely - had an eclair, and the missus a strawberry gateaux. Well made, generously sized.

Coffee was dreadful though. Overbrewed, watery. Probably won't notice if you drown your coffee in milk but despite our best efforts to subdue my missus' black coffee with some steamed milk, it was not to be.

As you walk into this delightful cafe across from Harrods, there is a real buzz of excitement and chatter from shoppers, locals and tourists. I visited here on a cold Sunday afternoon with a longing for a toastie and a glass of wine.
