So my mom was in town and we wanted to do something special. I had heard about the seven course tasting menu here, and have wanted to try it for a while, so off we went.
First off, let me point this out. I booked us in at 1pm. We had to leave at 3pm. This was NOT enough time. We easily needed three hours to do this meal correctly. Plan correctly!
