At the heart of the 15,000 sq. ft. Brasa London, a charcoal grill restaurant dedicated to serving quality food cooked on an Asador Grill that was especially shipped over from the Basque hills in Spain. The restaurant determines its menu by what is freshly available that day. So whether it's Potted Rabbit, a Long Horn T-Bone Steak or a whole Pheasant, it's going to be freshly cooked with that unique flavour where smoke from the grill becomes one of the ingredients.

The venue itself has a New York loft-style feel, with exposed brickwork, 1930's-inspired tiling and mirrored panels. It's urban but comfortable and brings out the features of the historic building. Reservations can be made for Brasa London as well at it welcomes a walk-in policy.
