Peekaboo was founded in 1991 by Emily Bothwell and Michael Caunter. First launching at Portobello Market stocking only the best, hand-picked vintage clothes, the brand soon gathered a large following of regulars looking for that individual piece of timeless clothing.

In 2000, due to the buzz surrounding Peekaboo's designs, Emily and Michael were approached by high-street giant, TOPSHOP, to host their first offering of vintage clothing in their flagship store in London's Oxford Circus.

For more than two decades Peekaboo Vintage has gone from strength to strength, expanding its outlets across London and recently arriving on ASOS Marketplace. The brand has become renowned among retro clothing lovers and the style set as the only place to go for show stopping pieces which are truly original and luxurious.

Peekaboo works closely with celebrities and stylists for magazines, photo shoots, videos and premiers creating unique looks with eclectic pieces from designers such as Ossie Clarke, Biba, Theo Porter and Frank Usher.
