Great park. Was last there on 3/30/13 to see the hammers take down west brom 3-1!You really get the authentic English football experience that you don't get at the more corporate type places like the emirates. Also, don't read into the reviews for some of the pubs on green street. They are all very inviting unless you are wearing the other team's colors and even then, it probably is not a...more
Wow, what an experience! Compared to the stadiums we know in Germany here you feel like your actually on the green! I was barely 10m away from the goal, no barriers, no nets, no fences instead great views and best atmosphere! I love the singing and chanting in the Premier League, really creative and rousing! This stadium seemed especially well organised to me, never have I seen 30.000+ people...more
I can't honestly think of a better place in the world to be than at the Boleyn Ground, London, E13!
Just the thought of 30,000+ fans chanting/walking down Green Street in the sea of claret & blue is just one of the best experiences in the world.

My first ever Premier league game. It was everything I had anticipated. A gloomy, dark, misty night in Upton Park. The crowd was raucous and jubilant as the home team put on an offensive display. West Ham won 2-0 but could have easily put up 6 or 7 goals. A missed PK, 2 posts, a breakaway and several great opportunities. If the goalie from Hull City wasn't up to par it would have been a...more
