Beautifully put together to bring a little light and colour to our famously grey town, The Oyster Shed is all about relaxing, unwinding and spoiling oneself – the comfortable nautical styling of the bar and dining room is both chic and laid back, ideal for those leisurely lunches and well deserved after work dinners and drinks with friends. The Oyster Shed’s menu is heavy on seafood – well it would be – but also features a wide array of classic British dishes of other sorts, all made using carefully sourced ingredients from throughout our fair isle.
