Elliot's
Overview
Elliot’s is located in London's Borough Market. We aim to work closely with the market traders in offering a menu which directly reflects the range of produce you will find available on any particular day. Our dishes are generally based around one or two central ingredients and we encourage guests to share dishes as they arrive at the table. We offer a mixture of familiar and unusual wines from small vineyards with a particular interest in the organic, bio-dynamic and natural approach. In addition to this we offer cider from the New Forest and beers from a range of London based small scale brewers.

I love this place and agree with the previous commentator that it's a bit New York in concept. It feels like one of those new Brooklyn foodie places that I love so much.
I'm hesitant to recommend it so highly lest they raise their prices or I can no longer get a seat, but everything about it was top notch: the atmosphere, the service, the food. All done with an understated chic sophistication.more

It's nice to see something a little different on the menu, although a fair few things on it didn't particularly appeal to me. I really enjoyed the oysters and the fried maris piper potatoes with aioli. Their mussels and buttermilk...more
I came here with a group of 13 people for dinner and, as a former bartender/server, these guys did a great job. Large groups can be an epic pain but the staff here were great. Even though we keep them running to-and-from the table all the time, they were really attentive and friendly towards us.
I got the Hake which was on for September and it was cooked deliciously. So tender and juicy,...more
They only serve the burger at lunchtime.
You really want to come at lunchtime because that it the only time they serve the burger.
No idea how they make it so good. They must grind up angels in that ground beef.
But only at lunchtime.
With delicious fried potatoes.more
This is an adorable restaurant and I was introduced to it by a friend. I met him and a few others there for a Sunday Brunch. There were 5 of us and 3 who wanted the set menu of the day which included Pork Belly. Two of us however did not particularly want or care of this dish. Unfortunately the server explained that for it to be served the entire table had to order the set menu. At this point...more
