Quaint restaurant with a small menu of interesting dishes. Wine menu, bottled beer only. I've been here once for lunch and once for dinner and enjoyed it each time.more

Went to Annie's today for work Christmas lunch. 3 stars feels a bit tight, because the atmosphere and the staff were lovely, but I was quite disappointed by the food, especially as Annie's food is usually really good. I went here maybe three weeks ago with a few of my friends to celebrate a flat warming. The restaurant itself is situated in the heart of West London in a very quiet neighbourhood surrounded by mostly residential buildings but it appeared that it was moderately busy even in the very early hours of the evening on Saturday. Annie's is a Strand On The Green stalwart but we've never found ourselves in there before but that changed after I happened to meet the charming manager and asked if he could save us a spot for Sunday Lunch.
