I attended the acro yoga and ended up injured. The studio and teacher were not equipped. The teacher paired me, a small female beginner, with a large male beginner. Instructor was incredibly rude to me and tried to push me into going further than I could. This was my first time back to yoga after a car accident. I told him I was injured and he was so rude to me I left the class crying.

One of the worst experiences of my life!more

Certainly didn't find it warm...more

There's a big variety of classes and the rates are in-line, or even slightly cheaper than, other studios that I've seen in the area. All-in-all, it's been a great place to start practicing yoga, and I always feel much more at...more
