So nice, I had to come back twice. After trying this restaurant with family a few years ago, when a group of friends were looking to meet up for dinner, I suggested this restaurant and it fully lived up to expectations.

One of my all time favourite restaurants in London. Tiny, cozy, and full of flavour, this place is somewhere I try and visit every time in town. BEST hummus I've ever had. Azou offers fantastic, if somewhat overpriced Moroccan food in a cosy, warm interior.

It was also an unexpected discovery on our part - we had no idea that Mr Ramsey had christened it his favourite Moroccan restaurant in north London for 2010.

I am a bit hesitating about giving it 4 or 5*. I know its reputation, so maybe I should go for the easy 5. Mr Yelp, where is the 4.5*?

This is a quite tiny restaurant with no more than 10 tables. The decoration is really nice and authentic, but I do not get why they use carpets as tablecloths. I was thinking maybe the Europeans use this kind of cloths for the floor, but my Tunisian boyfriend...more
