The restaurant boasts the “best view” of the Olympic Stadium (The Times) and also a viewing gallery into the smokery.<br />Monthly special events.<br />Jan - on the 24th January 2013<br />Formans proudly presents a 6 course salmon tasting evening @ £22.50 per person.<br />Our new head chef, John Murray, formally at Vinoteka and the St John, has designed an exciting 6 course menu using our specialist artisan product. From tartare to broth-poached, you will be amazed by his creations.<br />The evening will start off with a salmon carving demonstration from the current Guinness world record holder, Darren Matson. He has been practicing his skills for over 30 years, Gordon Ramsey couldn't even beat him.<br />An optional drinks pairing menu has been carefully selected to complement each dish perfectly. With a supplement of only £12.50 per guest, this is not to be missed.
