Ate here last week .Aubergine capers and chick peas , presentation was fantastic the taste was really good , nice environment , very busy at lunch time hich speaks volumes and very helpful staff . Price wise very reasonable and portion size more than adequatemore

Solid vegetarian food, with slightly less earthy/crunchy in the air than I'm used to in similar cafes around the world. I like that the edges are polished and there's a bit of a posh feel to this little cafe. I've had some of their food and, despite it trying a bit hard, is really quite nice. A welcome addition to Bethnal Green: Decently priced decent food.
A nice posh-looking café with kind of expensive but pretty decent coffee, nice salads, and organicish juices and whatnot.
I've tended to avoid the slightly overpriced daily specials, but the salad selection (there are usually 3-4 inventive & filling salads that you can get with a Spanish tortilla for around a fiver.
Situated in the back of the Buddhist Centre, it's a great place for Sunday breakfast/lunch or for stocking up your home larder with good stuff:)
