Oh Hummingbird Bakery - how yummy and beautiful are your offerings! I'm going to say straight up that I'm not a huge fan of cupcakes. Sure, they're pretty but they are often liking eating sugary nothingness. The cupcakes, here, however transcend this and are genuinely moist and tasty. There is diabetes to be had at Hummingbird Bakery. Being as it is an authentic, 'American-style bakery,' this seems quite appropriate...after all, the typical American consumes 42-45 kgs of sugar per year, and I've not yet gotten my 2013 fix in London.
