Because you have to give it one star.
Worse experience buying a suit by far. Good people but could not get it right. Upon returning for the last fitting it was never sent to the tailor so I had to grab it off the rack and take it to their tailor myself (this all took place in a matter of nine days). That's what I get for leaving my tux back in Philly.

Beautifull store with great choices of shirts, suits, shoes etc. I came in for a pair of shoetrees and I had only seen their stuff on the website. I was truly impressed with the collection and the service!more
I ducked into the Chucky T flagship Jermyn Street store. I was looking for a dress shirt, just not sure what I wanted and did not want generic solid blue or white. Their shirts are reasonable priced, very good quality and they have a variety of fits, so this is one of my go-to places for shirts.
