Entered the shop and couldn't leave for about an hour. So much pretty jewellery to look at, a woman's heaven I would say. I walked out with a shiny new bracelet on my hand, just couldn't resist.more

What a wonderful shop. It used to be located at the end of Carnaby Street, now in a small street parallel to Carnaby. In either location you can find all sorts of beads and craftwork essentials at very reasonable prices. Particularly the earring hooks are well priced at 60p for 10 pairs (used to be that price at least).

A pretty bead store. It has the jewelry sundries section in the back with all the bits and pieces I need to make my necklaces.

And there's a downstairs area with more beads and a section that looks like it could house a group of people learning how to make things at a workshop?? possibly? yes!

It is amazing how much an area can change in just a few years. I used to work in Soho for ages before moving on a few years ago. Entire blocks have disappeared, advertising agencies turned into restaurants and even my local Starbucks closed down.

What a relief that my favourite bead shop is still where it has always been! Luckily it is always busy, so hopefully they will continue to sell...more

This is the best of the beadshops in London now and I think the cheapest.

I first went when it was Ells and farrier and elsewhere. In those days they really only catered for showbiz. I remember a (male) assistant finding me stones to glue in my belly button that fitted first time.

Great for things like feathers and rhinestones too and has a wholesale section for those who buy in bulk like me....more
