Needed a place to drink wine near Victoria on a Sunday evening. Yelp said it was closed but luckily were walking passed to get to another bar and spotted it was open.
Pleasant place, very quiet for Sunday but from other reviews, I gather is gets very busy midweek and pre theatre.
Polite and friendly waiter who helped picked the wine and then left us to catch up with friends.

Balls Brothers (what a name!) is a group of a dozen and a half bars and restaurants in London. More focused on after-work drinks, they do have lunch and dinner menus. This location near Victoria also has a "pre-theatre" menu with two courses for a reasonable price.
