I also came for a friend-of-a-friends birthday, so no cover charge for us! The main floor was really nice with a bar & fireplace in the center, a 15-20 person sitting area on one side and a killer outdoor patio on the other. Drinks were expensive but the bartenders knew what was up.

I came here at the invitation of a friend (it is the kind of place that I'm not quite in a position to afford myself yet) as I'd heard that this former gambling den of the likes of Hendrix and the Stones was a great restaurant, bar and restaurant all in one.
