Although there are no specific student nights at Piccadilly Institute, you can gain free entry to the venu before 10pm on Friday and Saturday if you are on the guestlist.

Got in my first bar fight here. Sorta thrilling. The top floor has mini dance stages and mist. There is decent amount of tables and seating here. The actual venue is okay, some interesting decor, we were on the top floor which I believe is the clinic room (plastic dolls hanging from the ceiling!)
Music was okay, I would say typical club music.
However we were served by possibly the most moody bar women ever!! She rolled her eyes when we asked for a mojito and generally looked like she didn't want to be there or talk to any customers....more
Wouldn't have tried it without the drinki app but quite positively surprised. Good mix of different floors and kinda good music. Really pricy though and a weird mix of peoplemore
Cheesy and full of drunk 'new to London' types.... sounds like the start of a great night out to me.
PI is spread over 4 floors with two different clubs and 5 bars.

We ended up at the Piccadilly Institute because the Café de Paris was closed, our guy friend was wearing sneakers which excluded Distrikt as well and i didn't want to go back to RaRa. So not our first choice but a friend had told me it was great.
Well i wouldn't emphasise on the 'great'. We had a fun night but far from the best night out i had in London.
