With so many restaurants to choose from, a unique and quirky concept such as that originated by The 10 Cases is always a welcome addition to the dining scene of London's West End. Quite simply, this wine bar and restaurant is built around a wine list which will feature, at all times, ten whites, ten reds and a rose, served by the bottle, carafe or glass. When one runs dry another label is added so you'll always be sampling something new and interesting. Complemented by the wine is The 10 Cases menu, an unpretentious bistro style selection of classic European dishes from ex Coq d'Argent chef Juette Shallow. The choices of three starters, mains and dessert tarts change daily while a salad and signature dish option are permanent fixtures, providing adequate choice while allowing the kitchen to concentrate on quality rather than quantity. The 10 Cases Wine Shop Cave a Vin just opened at 18 Endell Street. Over 100 wines available (£12 corkage to drink in) - food served all day.
