Love the atmosphere in this pub. Great space, friendly service, TV screens here and there...

Fantastic location - right near London Bridge and it was very busy with local executives enjoying a brew (and some tourists....), :)

Great tap beer, good traditional fish and chips (big portion!). They did run out of tartar sauce, which was a little weird, but we enjoyed the overall experience....more

For 3 stars, it's a good place. Bog standard - anywhere else and it'd be an old man pub. Massive. Nice people. Decent ales. Just all a bit... unimaginative.

You could imagine that nothing's changed (including the carpets or the dust in the corner) since the Coronation.

And that's all right.

As a bonus, they let you wee there, they just ask for a donation into a range of their charities...more

Its big, lofty space make the Barrow Boy & Banker a good spot for a lazy Sunday, especially if you want to watch a football match. The oversize round tables ensure you won't feel squished and the similarly large screens ensure you won't miss any of the action on the pitch.

Special it isn't but I've come to discover that not every occasion requires the extraordinary.more

A beautiful pub located in an old Banking Hall by London Bridge.

I stopped here some time ago to have a good dig into a Steak & Ale pie which was good fare. Unfortunately the beers are run of the mill (can't say I'm the biggest fan of Fullers) and the clientele is geared towards the city folk crowd.

If you're new to London or just visiting it's worth a quick look if nothing else.more
