I came here for the first time after living in this neighborhood for over 2.5 years and I will say, it's a pretty nice atmosphere and conveniently located. It's quite spacious and I would recommend it for big groups. However, I think there are far more exceptional bars in that area (especially around Borough Market and on Bermondsey Street. Lovely staircase up to the first floor dining area, plus big TV screens and loads of nooks and crannies to sit in and have a chat. The main brass chandelier overlooking all this is just amazing. Prices are decent, range of beers and wines as well...more
