Avoid the apple crumble dessert. It looks like a sand pit...and tastes like one :(

This is a wonderful place. I have visited many times over the years and have never been let down. I would recommend you book in advance in order to prevent disappointment.
For groups of 6-8 they have a small alcove lower down from the main restaurant floor. This however is not wheelchair friendly.

I've had a love/hate relationship with Beautiful South during my limited time in the Enfield area.
I went here when I first moved. It was pretty awful. I heard such good things about it, but the food it seemed to let me down.
However, several of our friends kept raving about it, so finally we decided to give it another try. It was actually quite good. Maybe we just had a bad experience...more
