A slightly twee shop devoted to all things honey related. Although the only place I know where I can go and buy a beehive, I do object to cross-subsidizing the "special" items by paying outlandishly inflated prices for simpler, more mundane items. Like pots of honey. I might occasionally have a poke about in here, but it remains highly unlikely I'll ever actually buy anything.more

I love honey second to chocolate...which means I have at any given time about 3-4 different kinds on hand. I keep one in my desk at work and 2-3 at home. Maybe I'll get Egyptian and bury myself with some...I digress.

Ah the joys of birthdays. If it wasn't for my birthday, I wouldn't have found out about this little gem. One of my work colleagues bought me some Bee Heaven Farm Orchard apple juice from here for my birthday and I found the Hive Honey Shop from the label

Devoted entirely to all things to do with honey and bees, this fascinating little shop in Clapham has an amazing glass observation hive built in to the shop where you can watch the bees at work. It is pretty exciting stuff.

Aahh the sweet smell of honey...pooh bear would be a very happy chappy in this store. It's the first place I've ever seen that's entirely dedicated to honey, and the owner is very passionate about it indeed, having been a beekeeper since he was five.
