Beautifully located on the river with attentive and friendly staff. The menu is well thought out and the kitchen that is open to the outside dining area during the summer is a nice touch. Well sourced beers and ciders top off this gem. Thoroughly recommended.more
A lovely riverside pub with good food and drink. I had the roast turkey sandwich with shoestring fries. Bread was a little charred but still good overall. The bacon on the sandwich was amazing. When I think of shoestring fries, I tend to think of droopy fries with a bit of skin still on, but these were very crispy and stiff. Still tasty, but not entirely on brand for shoestring.
I'd leave a big fat zero if possible - extremely rude manager swearing at us when called to discuss the bill.more
