I had the beef ribs very chewy beware of yelp reviews as most are done by novices they put to much emphasis on scoring the atmosphere which is of a higher rating then the food. Rins I had where just not nearly as tender as American grass or corn fed beef.more

As an American living in London, life can be tough if not impossible when you can't get quality BBQ food. Bodean's certainly helps rectify the situation.

Bodean's is always packed and you should always expect a queue. My favorite is the Soho special, which combines burnt ends (the house specialty) and pulled pork. Match made in heaven if you ask me. Their cornbread is also pretty decent and...more

Every time I have visited this place I have left stumbling in the dark down Poland Street, punchdrunk on blissful meaty euphoria. Meh. It's ok pub food, but it's definitely not 'cue.

We got the hot wings, "NFL special" (3 hot wings, pulled pork, baby back ribs, coleslaw, sweet potato fries, a bottle of Bud) and a hot chicken burger.

This is some nom-tastic BBQ. The pulled pork sandwich, lathered with enough BBQ sauce to drown a whale, is where it's at. You'll end up queuing up Friday and Saturday nights, but if you get there before 5pm you can probably snag a couple bar stools upstairs without much (if any) of a wait.
