Boogaloo was opened at Christmas 2002 by Jazzman entertainment. The people behind Jazzman, John Keane and Gerry O'Boyle, shared a vision and desire to create a bar that would establish itself amongst great rock n' roll bars of its time, their aim being to create a bar known for 'good drink, good music, and good atmosphere'.

A great pub with a wonderful atmosphere but perhaps even more importantly a music venue with a great R&R heritage which puts on a diverse, eclectic selection of gigs. Love this place!more

We'd been meaning to check this place out for an absolute age, and we're all jolly glad we made it at long last. Reasonably-priced drinks, friendly staff, and the music was great.
