Review #800: A real treat for any serious Harry Potter fan. I loathe theme parks, but this is something very different--it's a tribute to the artistry of movie making, as well as a realization of a beloved imaginary world.

You can read the other reviews for oohing and aahing. I did plenty of both, but this is a more practical guide.

Surprisingly fun!

Some tips:

- An hour bus ride away from London Victoria, you can also take a train to Watford Junction from London Euston, and there's shuttle bus to/from the studio at £1.5 each way.

My fiancee and I are huge Harry Potter fans and it was so amazing to tour the actual sets and see the real props and costumes that were used in all 8 films. It's a huge studio tour and there are so very many things to see here. The tour culminates with the coolest part of all - the actual Hogwarts Castle model that was used...more

When the veil opened in the screening room, I was even awestruck. There you are, standing at the entrance to the Great Hall. Standing on the original floor. Seeing the original costumes, standing on the actual...more
