Dreadful - Walked in after Christmas at Kew with a child and a guest requiring three (3) times food + drinks. I was one of four (4) standing at a bar while four (4) bar staff respectively - Folded napkins, polished glasses, washed spirit measures and 'I know not what - but she wasn't going to make eye contact' = £30 - £50 spend over the road in the Coach & Horses (now there is a pub!). This is an awesome pub! I don't live near at all sadly but when ever I'm down at my mates who lives around the corner we always go there for a couple. They brew their own beers in house which are beaut! But also offer the standard draft beers as well! Awesome atmosphere and little pub garden which is top notch in the summer. And the fact they brew beer on sight means the pubs smells amazing!more

Went to the Botanist with a group of 9. 4 adults and 5 kids. Was busy dinner time on a Thursday evening. We were able to get the front room with the big table. Service was good and consistent.
