I am by no means a veteran of Canary Wharf yet, but after venturing around the long stretches of underground (I think!) shopping I have found that most of the fast-casual food type places were from the usual chains (convenient, but prosaic).

A perfectly acceptable to-go sandwich and smoothie joint. It's competitively priced against the other places around (£3-£4 for a sandwich) and they taste pretty good, though they aren't the most creative. The smoothies are pretty decent as well.
The sit down portion of the restaurant is exceedingly popular with the suits from the nearby offices, so I may have to try that sometime.more
I come here a lot.. sometimes on my own. Large mug of filter coffee and good full English, with good quality ingredients. Reasonable price @ 5.50more
I love having brunch and I love breakfasts, warm crispy toast ready to be slapped with butter and condiment, silky and fluffy scrambled eggs... Need I go on? I can have breakfast stuff anytime of the day and love it when places offer all day breakfasts. Kruger is a slightly odd beast as it features a juice bar (which I have never used), a sit down cafe and a sandwich bar. The sandwich bar, for me, suffers by comparison to its neighbour Birley, which offers better quality, if slightly more expensive sandwiches to take away.
