Went head over heals for the skinny fries and the chocolate milkshake. And obviously the burgers. Loved the falafel patty. Good option for a late night bite. Very quick service and you can munch on some free peanuts during that short wait.more
The hours say open until 22:30 and I walk in at 21:20. They tell me they are closed and closed tonight at 21:00. That's not strong customer service. I usually eat here every day when I'm in town and tonight would have been my third day. I won't be backmore
This my second Gourmet Burger Kitchen, having gone to in the UK. The other one was in Cardiff Quay.
I have to say both had really friendly and helpful staff. While waiting for the CC machine to connect and charge me the checkout people made very interesting chit chat with me.

London calling (again) and after 12 hours travelling from the real north (Scotland) I was in desperate need of food, and fast.
After wandering along the street a little, my friends and I wandered in here at 22:20 - literally just in time to order before the kitchen closed. At £16 for a burger, fries and a soft drink in the middle of a heavily touristy area the price was pretty fair I felt.
I have been to many branches of GBK and this one is a bit larger in venue size compared to many others around London. It's in a nice location being across St Pauls Cathedral and One New Change Shopping Centre heading towards Strand, quite quiet but enough people around to keep you company.
