Nice shirts, but terrible service. They refused to honour their return policy so I was stuck with shirts that didn't fit.more

Decades ago, Hawes & Curtis was a great and respected bespoke tailor for shirts and suits. Even the Duke of Edinburgh got his suits cut here by his cutter John Kent.

Today, unfortunately, it is a completely different story. They are targeting the mass market with cheap shirts and suits of mediocre quality; most of their items belong to the lower average spectrum of the high-street products...more

I was struggling to find my dad a decent Christmas present, and pushed for time I just had no idea until I came across Hawes & Curtis. I have always known about it, and from the outside the shirts all looked vibrant and pristine.

"Terrible service"

Firstly, I'm 6'2 and a runner so pretty slim. The shirts dont fit, simple as that. you either get something too big or too small.

Secondly, once you discover this, you'll take them to the shop for a refund, i purchased online. They'll not do you a refund in the store, policy states that they have to be back in the warehouse prior to the refund being processed. Policy...more
