Very dry, over cooked chicken, salty soup, had to beg for ketchup & mayo with fries, table water in a jug with glasses for only half the table, no toilet paper, everything 'Monsieur..' but service really awful - for God's sake, go anywhere else. Really, just awful.more
Possibly the worst Cafe Rouge I've been to - and I'm generally a fan of the chain. Our waitress was flighty and kept disappearing whenever we tried to make eye contact with her. Poor dining experience. The food quality is quite poor and the menu misrepresented what was served. Their cuts of meat are some of the cheapest and toughest sirloin I've been served, so they shouldn't be allowed to call it fillet and ribeye.

This place is close to my old house so I've been going here off and on for years, mainly for convenience sake.
Every time I wonder if it will get better, it never does. In a word this place is mediocre. The food is so so and you'd be best to stick with something straightforward like the fish cakes.
