Desperados restaurant in Greenwich is just the spot for family fun or groups of your friends to roll fajitas and slam tequilas. It’s two steps from everything -- the Cutty Sark, the Maritime Museum, Greenwich Pier, Greenwich Park, the train station and even the foot tunnel – which makes it convenient to just about everywhere. Desperados is a family-owned Spanish and Tex-Mex restaurant with an easy, south-of-the-border warmth and charm. The menu includes an array of tapas as well as all your southwestern favourites: nachos, wings, ribs, chilli, burritos, enchiladas, chimichangas and more. There are also brilliant burgers, steaks and grills and every cocktail you’d ever want, lots available by the pitcher. The décor is pure Tex-Mex and a load of fun.

The tables were WAY too close together. The waiters were friendly, I can't argue with that. I think mexican food has to...more
Great Mexican restaurant in the centre of Greenwich. Desperados gives its customers dear portions, cheap prices and tasty food. The cocktails are fairly priced and are NOT watered down (fantastic!) The staff and welcoming, the restaurant is clean and the seating is comfortable.
It gets my vote!more
I hate to have to say this, but Desperados Mexican Tapas and Cocktail Bar gets the big thumbs down from me.
The food is so so so very poor and the staff...well lets just say they are certainly not the beacons of great customer service and would struggle to survive working at McDonalds.more
