Strange mix of people with 'Horay Henrys', 'Bob the builders' and 'Leslie the yummy Mummys'!
Try the 'Wild Rush' wine - gooseberry with a good deal of bite to it!
And the 'Dirty Martini' is deadly. Also the 'pitta bread with dips' dish if you're a little peckish - but bring mints!
Outside garden/ smoking area and rude French art on walls. Staff are friendly and attentive.more
It was pouring with rain and I was looking for a nice place to have relaxed drink on Chiswick High Road. Carvosso's eating house and wine bar looked pretty perfect, stylish yet warmly inviting. Carvosso's at 210 Chiswick High road oozes class and sits very well with the Chiswick middle classes and people who are looking for a relaxed and more refined experience. Terribly British, terribly posh but a great place to eat and enjoy great company.
